This is a 195% efficiency iron powder low hydrogen type electrode for clean smooth welds in the down-hand position on heavy plate and joints in restraint. It has excellent mechanical and X-ray properties and is very suited for welds in narrow Vee joints. The zircon basic coating leaves a very readily removable slag.
